Refund policy

 

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, please contact us at Care@artitritdecor.com with your order number.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be new, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

  • A proof of shipment must be kept until the refund is confirmed.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item.

  • For international returns, a free downloadable return label is provided.

3. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

  • Items damaged after delivery are not eligible for a refund.

4. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the product.
We will provide a prepaid return label and cover all related return costs.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the returned item.

This policy also applies to orders shipped to:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Czech Republic.

  • Product condition: New, unused, in original packaging.

  • Return method: Postal return only.

  • Return label: Free and downloadable.

  • Refund delay: 14 days after receipt of the returned item.
