We deliver within mainland France and throughout the European Union.
For international shipments outside the EU, please contact us directly at Care@artitritdecor.com.

2. Shipping Fees

Mainland France:

  • Standard delivery: €6.99

  • Free delivery for orders over €99

European Union:

  • Flat rate of €9.99 for standard-size orders

  • Free delivery for orders over €149

3. Processing and Shipping Times

  • Order processing: 1 to 3 business days

  • Shipping times:

    • France: 3 to 5 business days

    • European Union: 5 to 10 business days
      Delivery times may vary during high-volume periods or holidays.

4. Carriers and Tracking

We work with reliable carriers to ensure fast and secure delivery.
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

5. Delays and Delivery Issues

In the event of a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.
If you have not received your order within 13 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Upon delivery, please check the condition of your package.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and include photos of the package and product.
