1. Purpose

These Terms & Conditions of Sale govern the sale of artisanal pottery products through our e-commerce website, in accordance with European Union law.

  • All prices are listed in euros, including VAT.

  • Shipping fees are clearly indicated before order confirmation.

  • Artisanal products may show slight variations, reflecting their authenticity.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Orders can only be placed online via our website.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.

  • An order confirmation is automatically sent by email.

5. Shipping

  • Delivery Area: European Union.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Any significant delay will be communicated to the customer.

6. Right of Withdrawal

  • In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for defective products.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Legal warranty of conformity (Directive 1999/44/EC): 2 years.

  • For damaged products, contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide photos as evidence.
