All our items are handmade in Morocco, in local artisan workshops, primarily around Marrakech. Each piece is unique.

🔹 2. Do you ship outside of France?

Yes. We deliver to France and throughout the European Union. See our shipping policy for more details.

🔹 3. Are all products unique?

Yes. Each piece is handmade, which may result in slight variations in color, shape, or pattern. This is what makes your item unique.

🔹 4. What are the delivery times?

• France : dispatch within 1 to 3 working days, delivery within 2 to 5 working days.

• EU : Shipping within 1-3 business days, delivery within 5-10 business days.

🔹 5. Can I return an item?

Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with the return policy .
Items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos.
